This is for the SDGA to sign up for the Georgia Club Championships. This is for current club members ONLY. This is a two round, one day tournament in Stockbridge, Georgia at J.P. Mosley Park. Link to the tournament is below (We are signing up as a club/organization). First come, first serve. The second team of 8 can sign up after July 1st, bringing the total to 16 players that we can have for this event. Let's show up and represent!

About this tournament (From the tournament director)
• A Club’s team will consist of 8 players with no more than 2 players in each of the rating based groups below. (players may play up a division)
o Blue: (open)
o White: 934 Max
o Red: 899 Max
o Green: 875 Max

• Non-rated players are permitted to play in the white rating group. Ratings are locked in at sign up.

• Tournament will consist of 2 rounds:
o First round will be singles format in each player’s respective rating group. Points awarded to clubs based on their player’s finishing placement. After points are tallied, clubs are then given a ranking that will set the match play bracket.
o Second round will be club vs club, single elimination format. Clubs will take their 2 players from each rating group to form a doubles team and play best disc format. Overall lowest club stroke count wins. Each round will consist of 4 holes. Sudden death to break ties if tied after 4 holes. Starting holes for each elimination round will be predetermined.

Entry fee includes lunch, players pack/disc, and remainder will go to payout vouchers. On site vendor will handle vouchers.

Hole Layout: OG 2-8, OG 14-18, & New 9 West (21 Total holes)
