About this tournament

Space Race is designed to be a fast-paced, no holds barred, race to the chains! This doubles event will be structured with shorter tees and multiple shots from the tee to increase the chances of those glorious aces. The Space Race can be held during the day, but the discs are designed for after sundown with MVP industry-leading glow-in-the-dark discs; which is why we’re offering a flex start event, so you can decide when you want to play. May the most aces win!

As this tournament is a Doubles Ace Race format, it is not PDGA-sanctioned. Doubles Ace Race Format: Each team will get four throws per hole and the team earns one point for metal and five points per ace – most cumulative points wins!

SCDGA presents the Third Annual 2025 MVP Doubles Space Race at Johns Park which will give players the opportunity to get their hands on two glow discs from the MVP family of brands before their general release to the public by playing in a Space Race. This will be an Ace Race event where players can only use the two discs provided in the player's pack.

Event Location:
Johns Park Disc Golf Course in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Event Format:
1 Round Flex Start

All Players Will Receive a 2-Disc Player Pack and will be the only discs used for the Space Race
