    All Pools Player Check In and Pick Up Players Packs. Everyone please check in at Tournament Central for the course you start on.

    8:50am - 9:00am

    All Pools make your way to your starting hole. Hole assignments will be on PDGA.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Round 1 tee off for all Pools.
    Round 2 will be determined once the last card comes in for each course.

This is a two day event with two rounds of shotgun starts on Saturday, roughly 9am start for first round and roughly 1:30 for second round. Will allow slightly over one hour after last card is finished from each individual pool to allow for lunch and travel to next course.

Sunday will be tee time starts. Potential for 1st card to go out as early at 7:30/8am pending size of field.

Refund policy

MTDGA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All Withdrawal requests should be made by clicking the withdraw link from the registration email or the withdrawal link on the DGScene page.

Any Women that feels another player in the female only division has an unfair advantage is eligible for a 100% refund up til day registration closes

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else

If you are not promoted from wait list, you will receive a full refund minus pay pal processing fee.

If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on day of play you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
