There will be no players meeting. We will post a caddy book online and have a video players meeting for you to reference as needed. There will be a TD at each course for you to check in and for AM's to pick up their players packs

Tournament Ace Pot:
If Ace is not hit, we will have 2 Holes set as CTP and Ace will be split between these 2. ONLY good for ACE pot, if ACE is not hit during the tournament. If an ACE is hit, these will be another prize. Hole 3 at Central Valley and the second shot on Hole 17 at Central Valley will be CTP's.

Refund policy

Refunds must be sent through Disc Golf Scene under Registration Page, "Registered Players" tab.
No refunds for the waitlist fee of $3 if you do not get in.
Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event 100% refund
15 - 29 days before the event if your spot is filled, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.
14 days before the event If your spots is filled, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.
If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on 10/01, you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
