About this tournament
This is a 2 day event with 2 rounds on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday.
Due to Daylight, Round 1 will start at 8:30am on Saturday so please be at the assigned hole and be ready for play

NO PLAYERS Meeting:
There will be no players meeting. We will post a caddy book online and have a video players meeting for you to reference as needed. There will be a TD at each course for you to check in and for AM's to pick up their players packs

Entry to CTP for Merchandise.
Tournament Ace Pot:
If Ace is not hit, we will have 2 Holes set as CTP and Ace will be split between these 2. ONLY good if ACE is not hit during the tournament. If an ACE is hit, these will be void.
Pay Outs:
$2000 added cash to Pro Pay Outs
Pro's will be paid through Pay Pal
AM's will come to Central Valley for pay outs through Flyin Colors Disc Golf.
Trophies for 1st place in every division with 3 or more competitors registered by 11/05.

Refund policy

Refunds must be sent through Disc Golf Scene under Registration Page, "Registered Players" tab.
No refunds for the waitlist fee of $3 if you do not get in.
Refunds:
More than 30 days away from the event (09/22 - 10/21) 100% refund
15 - 29 days before the event (10/22 - 11/05) if your spot is filled, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get 50% Refund.
14 days before the event (11/06 - 11/19) If your spots is filled, 100% minus Pay Pal fees. If your spot is not filled, AM's will receive players pack and Pro's get a 25% refund.
If you do not show up and do not inform the TD on 11/20, you will not receive a players pack or cash refund. Money goes into payout.
