This is the premier event that takes place on Portland's only 18 hole course within the city limits, Pier Park. Also to allow for more players, the 18 hole course in Goble Oregon, Trojan Park is being used. This is the 4th year of the Rose City Open and the first year it is being hosted Portland club "Stumptown Disc Golf"
