NO PLAYERS MEETING- There will be a virtual players meeting that you can watch the night before on youtube or in the facebook event page. If you have any questions you can ask me when you check in.
9:30am
Start of 1st round. Be at your hole at 9:30 to start.
1:30pm
Approx. start of round 2. There will be an hour lunch break from the last card. We will be waiting on players playing south longs, if you are playing North shorts you will have a decent sized break. We will move it along as quick as we can!

About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This will be a 2 round tournament held at Meyer Broadway in Three Rivers Michigan.
$35 entry fee for each division.
The Players Pack will include a disc from Dynamic Discs and a shirt. There will also be plenty of prizes to go around.
Ace pool and 50/50 for $5. $2 to the ace pool and 3 to the 50/50. If no ace is hit we will have a random number generator choose 3 random numbers, and those 3 players will split the Ace pool. I do not want people lingering with Covid restrictions.
CTP's and other prizes will be given out! Plenty of prizes and disc golf items will be up for grabs.
No Cashless pre-registration.
NO DAY OF SIGN UPS
Each division will play 1 round on each course, the north and the south. The tees that each division will play are as follows: (subject to change based on player sign up)
Open- Longs from both courses
Advanced- Longs from both courses
Intermediate- South Shorts and North Longs
Recreational- Shorts from both courses
Novice- Shorts from both courses
Please note the division policy for 2020:
You must have 3 people per division. If there are not 3 people for the division when online registration closes, you will be asked to move divisions or you will be refunded if you wish. If there are not three people signed up at least 1 week before registration closes, then a trophy is not required for the winner.
Tournament central will be the pavilion at the North course. This is where player check in and payouts will occur.
Great Lakes Disc will be covering payouts! Great selection! We will be following their guidelines for payouts. This may mean slower payouts and possible masks required. I will have updates on this when it is closer.
Other COVID precautions that we will be taking:
1. PDGA.com scorecards. No paper scorecards
2. No cash to be handled the day of.
3.Increased hand sanitizing stations.
4. No grouping or congregating.
5. No touching other people's equipment.
Possibly other rules to come.
