EARLY CHECK-IN at the Nashville Disc Golf Store on Saturday, Dec 2nd. If you check-in early you do NOT have to check-in day of. Please be at your tee at 8:20 ready to throw.

Must be 3 or more players per Division to get a Trophy, except Women.
Pre-registration only.
Registration closes Dec.1st at 6 PM central time.
No refunds after this time except Wait-list related withdrawls.
Green Tees: No Mandos on the course.

Player may also tee off to the sides of the teepad where flags are marked, as well as behind the teepad (within 3 feet of the back of the pad, if a designated pad exists).

Blue or Green Firefly Glow Vinyl (glow tape).
Any scented Disc Wax mini.
1 Tournament Sticker.
AM Payout will be sent out the day after the tournament in the form of NDGS Gift Certificates, and will be good for one year from the tournament date.
PRO Payout will be sent out via PayPal/Venmo the day after the tournament.

100% refund minus fees if 30 or more days from the event.
50% refund minus fees 14 days or less from the event or 100% refund minus fees if replaced from the waitlist.
25% refund minus fees 7 days or less from the event or 100% if replaced from the waitlist.
