Refund policy

Waitlisted Players: If a waitlisted player does not get into the event, they will receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable processing fees).
1 Withdrawal Requests: Players who request a withdrawal within the refund-eligible window will receive a refund minus up to a $10 handling fee.
1 Event Timing: No refunds will be issued after the event has started.
