Sunday at The Ranch we will be playing all long pin positions. So long pin positions on Holes 1, 5, and 18

Lodging:
After spending hours calling hotels and working out "discounted" rates for players for the event we noticed that you are able to secure even lower rates than we were able to work out at each hotel by using travel apps/websites like kayak, travelocity, priceline ETC. We reccomend using one that compares rates accross several agencies and booking your hotel through them to secure the best rate at the hotel of your choosing.
Camping:
$10/day in person. Cash only. It is available Friday and Saturday night at the Ranch and only Friday night at Turkey Ridge. All campers must leave by Saturday at Turkey Ridge and by Sunday at The Ranch.
RV/Trailer Parking:
You must email [email redacted] or contact the TD with intent to bring an RV or Trailer. Prices and room vary based on needs. Failure to notify us that you are bringing an RV, Trailer or any sort of large camper vehicle may result in being banned from the property. This is due to limited space and issues in the past with others assuming it was ok.
Shower access if available will be "primitive". All campers will be given a sign they must put up at their campsite to prove they have paid. Campers that have not paid but set up camp will be asked to leave.
Players "gathering":
There will not be a formal players party for the event however there will be an informal players gathering at the Ranch on Saturday after the round at Turkey Ridge where you can share all your woulda shoulda coulda's with like minded golfers over a few beers.

REMINDER: The speed limit at Turkey Ridge is 10mph. Failure to observe the speed limit will result in immediate disqualification without refund!
Fee Breakdown: The listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration).
-$4 PDGA Fee ($1 increase for 2025)
-$2 HOTT Tour Fee
-$4 Admin fee (restrooms, water, and snacks)
-$10 Green Fees per day X2
-$20 to player pack (am divisions only)
-All the rest of your registration fee will go to payout for your respective division
-Pro payout via paypal, AM payout via onsite merch from Mint Discs.
Last day to withdraw for a full refund is 10/10/2025 @ 7pm cst. All refunds requested after this date will be handled in accordance with PDGA standards.
