About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Release the Kraken! is a BYOP doubles tournament hosted by Lost Disc Tribe. This event will take place at Victory Park in Albion, MI. The cost is $25/person, $50/team. Juniors will have a reduced cost of $15/person, $30/team. Please post your names, division, and team name in the talk section here to cashless pre-reg. Include a pdga # or e-mail address to link your profile to the tournament. This is an unsanctioned event.
Tournament format will be two rounds of 18 holes. There will be a player's pack (TBD) for all AM players. There will also be a lot of plastic on hand (Innova, Discraft, Legacy) for payouts to the winners.
Player divisions and pdga ratings will be monitored to prevent "sandbagging." You will be playing the division of the person with the highest rating on your team. For instance, if you have an AM2 rating and your partner has an AM1 rating, then you will be playing in the AM1 division.
