About this tournament

Reduce, Reuse, Re-Throw!
The Re-Throw Open is a tournament centering around some forgotten lost and found discs that still have plenty of life left in them. All players will get used discs from a selection gathered from many courses in the area. Players can use ONLY the discs given to them for this event. Event scoring will be similar to the Ace Race scoring rules used in the past.
All players will also receive some goodies courtesy of Trash Panda and the Town of Bethlehem! More partners TBA.
New to disc golf? Arrive at least 30 minutes before your selected tee time for a FREE intro to disc golf lesson! This introduction will cover the basics of rules, scoring, throwing, putting, and etiquette.
Rules are simple: Each player gets THREE tee shots to attempt to score as many points as possible.
Landing within 15ft of the basket - 2 points
Hitting metal without acing - 5 points
Ace - 10 points
For each of your discs do not score points, you may attempt to lay up in to the circle for a single point. This only applies for discs that scored zero points from the drive.
Count your points for all three discs as your score for the hole.
Layout will be all 9 red holes PLUS an additional bonus hole to make 10 holes, 30 shots total.
This is a TROPHY ONLY event.
Tee Times may be adjusted to ensure a minimum group of 3 players.
Please reach out to Mark Bryan ([email redacted]) if you have any questions!
