Early Player Pack Pickup will be available Thursday April 22 and Friday April 23 at Winning Edge Sporting goods 7540 Memorial Pkwy SW ste a, Huntsville, AL 35802 from 10 AM until 7 PM.
The remaining player packs can be picked up the morning of the tournament at the tournament site.
We'll be playing the 21 hole layout both rounds. Hole A is between 13 and 14, Hole B is between 17 and 18, and Hole C is after 18.
Winning Edge sporting goods and Infinite Discs are sponsoring the tournament. Player pack will be 2 discs, a tee shirt, and a gift card to Infinite discs.
Hole sponsorship is $15.
Hole sponsorships are available to anyone, and hole sponsors can register early.
Layout:
MPO/MA1/MA40/MA2 All blue positions
FPO/FA1/MA50/MA60/MA3 and juniors will play the following holes from the alternate positions (the mach 3s): Hole 2 short, Hole 3 short, hole 4 short, hole 5 right, hole 8 short, hole 15 short.
Play begins at 8:45 and we will have a strict 1 hour break between rounds.
Registration will close 1 week prior to the tournament. No changes will be allowed beyond that point. This is necessary as we have to submit the names of players to the base to gain access for the tournament. This is an XC tier event because it is only open to United States Citizens. If you do not currently have access through a CAC or Recreational pass, you'll be able to gain access through an event card that will be available the morning of the tournament.
Refunds will be processed up to the registration close. Beyond that point, refunds will not be issued.
All entries will have $2.50 that will go to Redstone Arsenal MWR for tournament hosting fees. An additional $2 will go to the PDGA for sanctioning.
Amateurs will receive at least 2 discs from club stock, 1st place for each division with at least 5 players will receive a trophy. Other player pack items TBD
Pros will be paid out via paypal.
Chick Fil A lunch will be an option during registration. If you elect not to get this lunch, it's highly recommended that you bring your own as we will have a strict 1 hour break between rounds and getting on and off base takes some time.
