Players will move to their starting holes and prepare to begin the round.

Players will play their rounds in shotgun fashion11:30pm - 11:50pm
A brief and hushed awards ceremony will be held to celebrate our champions, issue payouts, and bid everyone a good night. This ceremony will commence as soon as all cards have been received and tabulated by tournament staff. Actual start time will depend on the flow of the event.

About this tournament
Tis a sacred duty to protect the kingdom from the riff-raff of the world, be they unwanted suitors, foreign conquerors, or even ghouls and ghosts! Do you possess the courage required to protect the Queen after dark, or will you tremble at the fire's edge, longing for the days when you could hide behind your mother's dress? Come and find out by joining the Night Watch!
Registration Fees:
$5 mandatory buy-in. All proceeds will be used to support the Salty Queens tournament series.
$5 optional cash pot for each division. Payouts will be issued per the PDGA standard pay tables.
$1 optional ace pot. This ace pot is NOT division-specific. If an ace is not hit, the pot will be donated to Salty Queens.
$1 optional CTP pot. Each division will have their own CTP hole. Specific CTP hole to be announced at the event.
Registration:
-Online registration is preferred for ease of bookkeeping
-In-person registration will be allowed at the event
-Due to limited cell service at the venue, cash will be required for any transactions carried out on site
Divisions:
-Divisions are split into ladies and mixed pools. All players are eligible for the mixed divisions, whereas the ladies divisions are limited to those with a female gender identity. If there are any questions about division eligibility, please reach out to tournament staff to find the best place for you.
-Divisions are split into A, B, and C pools. We will follow the custom of self-assignment into pools depending on skill level, with A pool representing the highest skill levels (Pro/Advanced) and C pool representing lowest skill levels (Novice/Rec). Please assign yourself to the division that feels fair to you. Tournament staff are not responsible for verifying the skill levels of registrants.
Player Eligibility:
-This event is open for all registrants, caddies, and supporters of The Queen's Guard tournament, as well as registrants for the Wasatch Monthly event.
-Players who are not part of the above-mentioned events may still register if they are given the registration link or are present in person at the time of the event, but this is not a publicly advertised tournament.
-In the event of a maxed registration queue, players from the Queen's Guard and Wasatch Monthly will be given preference, regardless of time of registration
Format:
-This will a single round of unsanctioned glow golf
-We will NOT be providing UV lights for your discs. You will need to bring your own UV light or use the lights of your cardmates
-Shotgun start
-All standard PDGA rules apply
Layout:
-All divisions will play the same layout as The Queen's Guard tournament round
Scoring:
-Due to unreliable cell service in the area, scores will be kept on paper scorecards. Scorecards and pencils will be available at the event
Card Creation:
-Players will be able to assign their own cardmates on a signup sheet at the event.
-Players who do not sign up to play on a card will be assigned to a card per the tournament director's discretion
-Mixed division cards are acceptable. Play with whoever you want!
Prizes:
-All Cash Pot prizes will be kept within their respective divisions and paid in full
-PDGA standard payout tables will be used for Cash Pots
-CTP prizes will be paid out within their respective divisions
-First place finishers will receive a token of great personal accomplishment!
Refund policy
After the deadline for full refunds, no Ace Pot, Cash Pot, or CTP pots will be available for refund
Refunds may be issued for discs purchased as part of your registration is the mold/weight you want isn't available.
