About this tournament

Putting the Pieces Together is a 2 Round 1 Day B Tier event located in Hurricane, WV. Currently, there is $3000 Added Cash to Pros and $200 Added Merch to Ams with hopes to obtain more through sponsorships. This event features two of the most played courses in the state, Hurricane Bridge Park DGC and Valley Park DGC. The Pros and MA1/MA40 will play Bridge Park both Rounds and the rest of the Ams will play Valley Park both Rounds. Bridge Park DGC will debut an All Star layout that significantly bolsters the difficulty of the course.

If there are ties for first place in Pool A, there will be a sudden death playoff format playing Holes 1, 2, 3, 17, and 18 at bridge on a loop until a winner has been decided.
If there are ties for first place in Pools B and C, there will be a sudden death playoff format playing Holes 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 17, and 18 until a winner has been decided.

1.10 Distribution of Prizes
B. Amateurs playing in a Professional division may accept merchandise in lieu of cash at other Tier levels at the Tournament Director’s sole discretion.

1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds
A. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
