    Round 1 tee times begin at 8 am. Pool A will play Holes 19-27 and the temp 9. Pool B will play Holes 1-18. All groups will be 4-somes.

    Pool A tee times will all start on Hole 19, Pool B tee times will all start on Hole 1.

    The last tee time is 2 pm for both pools.

    Please check in with starter (Tim - Pool A; Aaron - Pool B) upon arrival so they know you are present!

About this tournament

2 rounds of play
PDGA B Tier event, 36 holes. Two pools. Two 18 hole layouts.

Layout 1 - Holes 1-18.

Layout 2 - Holes 19-27 + 9 temp holes (currently labeled Holes 28-36).

One 18 hole round per day with tee times for both pools.

All PDGA rules in effect. No 2 meter rule.

Pool A - MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MP50, MP60, MA1

Pool B - All other divisions

Pool A will play Layout 2 (Holes 19-27 + temp 9) on Saturday, Layout 1 (Holes 1-18) on Sunday

Pool B will play Layout 1 (Holes 1-18) on Saturday, Layout 2 (Holes 19-27 + temp 9) on Sunday.

$5 from each entry fee will go to Harmon Hills. Course fees will be waived on Friday June 25 for event participants. Camping fees will also be waived for competitors.

Ams will get a custom stamped Discraft disc as players pack!!

Am payout will be via Dynamic Discs online store. All players that cash will get an email on Monday morning with a coupon code to dynamicdiscs.com.

Pros will be paid via PayPal on Monday.

Online scoring will be used, code is "jerry". All groups MUST use paper back up card since cell signals at Harmon are poor. Paper cards must be turned in after the round to the starters table for your Pool.

No scoreboard will be present. All results and tee times will be posted on pdga.com.

ATTENTION

I have revised my policy on waitlists, day of registrations, and last minute walk-ups.

Based on the crazy fast way that events are filling, I have no choice but to make some changes that I hope will be fair to everyone.

PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY

Waiting List - Waitlists will remain active until 8 pm of the day prior to the event. After 8 pm, the waitlist will be vacated (emptied) and all players on it will be removed and refunded.

The waiting list is there to give players a shot at getting in the event during normal registration times. Once we get to 8 pm the evening before Round 1, things tend to get confusing. This will hopefully clarify procedures and make it easier for players to know exactly what to do.

From that point on, anyone who gets into the event will have to be on site Saturday morning. At that point, it will be first-come, first-served. Check in with me as soon as you arrive. Do not message me and say you are on the way, only face to face arrivals will be put on the "wants in" list.

There will be NO ghost groups and NO five-somes. No exceptions. If you show up on Saturday morning hoping to get in, the only way to get in is if someone in the event does not show up. I will be honest, using these new procedures, the odds of getting in on Saturday morning are not good, but not impossible either.

It will be up to the player to take the necessary steps to get in the event.
