- Practice tee times are extremely limited in order to allow the Pro players sufficient access to the courses.

- Amateur players should not interact with Pro players during practice rounds.

- Amateur players MUST be registered for the Barbasol Open at Austin Amateur A-Tier in order to be eligible for these practice rounds - NO EXCEPTIONS. Caddies cannot play. This will be strictly enforced.

- Each Amateur player registered in the Barbasol Open at Austin Amateur A-Tier is allowed to play each private course (Harvey Penick & Sprinkle Valley) during the time windows of 7:00 AM - 7:50 AM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, May 4 through Wednesday, May 6 * (Sprinkle Valley tee times on Wednesday, May 6 will be pushed back to 6:00 PM to accommodate the Pro-Am event.). (Amateur players are permitted to play Sprinkle Valley in the days prior to May 4. The course fee is $5 per day before May 4.) On Sunday, May 3, Sprinkle Valley is open for public play. However, Pro players will take priority on this day.

- Amateur players MUST sign up for a tee time using this page.

- There are no course fees for these practice rounds. Thank you to the DGPT for covering these costs.

- There are no parking fees for these practice rounds. Thank you to the DGPT for covering these costs.

- East Metro Park (Manor) is available daily from 8:00 AM to civil twilight (8:36 PM on May 4). There is no course fee, nor any parking fee.

--- East Metropolitan Park (Manor) is available daily for public play. There is no fee. The park is open from 8:00 AM to civil twilight.

--- Harvey Penick is available for practice rounds from May 4-6 for tournament players only, at no cost. Tee times will be restricted for Amateur players to before and after practice rounds for Professional players (before 8 AM, after 5 PM). We will be utilizing a sign-up system (this page).

--- Sprinkle Valley is available daily for public play through May 3 from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The course fee is $5 per day (FREE on Mondays). Professional players will take priority on May 3. The course is available for practice rounds from May 4-6 for tournament players only, at no cost. Tee times will be restricted for Amateur players to before and after practice rounds for Professional players (before 8 AM and after 5 PM). Sprinkle Valley will NOT be available for practice rounds on May 7 or 8. Please check the ABW calendar, DGS, and UDisc to ensure the course is open.

The Disc Golf Pro Tour (DGPT) is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

We will be strictly following the PDGA’s Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events 1.03 'Withdrawals and Refund' policy.
