Lunch break. Lunch will begin once the last card finishes their round and last for one and a half hours to allow for all players to have time to get food off site if required.

About this tournament

This year - Women Can Park It is changing its name to Plant Your Disc! This tournament warmly welcomes women, players of all skill levels who feel aligned with this space. Whether you’re brand new to disc golf or a seasoned pro, this event is here to celebrate how we show up—on and off the course.
It’s a day to hype each other up, make new connections, strengthen friendships, and of course, throw down some serious disc golf! Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 23rd—it’s a day you won’t want to miss! We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone, and we encourage all participants to show up as their full, authentic selves.
This is a 1-Day, 2-Round Tournament. The course location is Sheep River Park in Okotoks Alberta
Juniors aged 12 and under will play one round in the morning only. All junior players must be accompanied by an adult for their round.
As a PDGA C-Tier event:
- All Pro players must have a current PDGA membership
- Amateur players do not need a PDGA membership, and the PDGA has waived the $15 non-member fee to help encourage participants to sign up and experience tournament play
THINGS TO NOTE:
-Plant Your Disc is a Trophy-Only Tournament for amateur divisions
- Registrations cannot be exchanged or transferred
- Government-issued ID is required at check-in to receive your player’s pack
- There will be no collapsing of divisions
- Washroom access will be available onsite (final location dependent on course confirmation)
- $200 CASH ADDED FOR THE FPO PURSE
- Registration before April 18 will have a different players pack. Registrants after this date will receive something of equal value.

$3 PDGA Player Fee
PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD
We will be using PDGA digital scorecards for this event.
The access code will be given during check-in at the event.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament.
Pam is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Withdraw prior to April 25
Pro Players: Full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee
Amateur Players: Full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee
Withdrawals April 26 – May 9
Pros & Amateurs will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist
If the spot is not filled, players will receive a 50% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee
Withdrawals May 10 – May 23
Players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist
If the spot is not filled, players will receive a 25% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee
Waitlist players who do not make it into the tournament WILL NOT have their $10 fee refunded.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw WILL NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
Any player who does not show up on the day of the event will be considered a NO SHOW and will receive NO refund and NO player’s pack.
Please note: The cutoff for players packs and trophy orders is May 1st. if you're planning on registering please do so before this date so we can account for all players pack and trophies.
