    Player check-in and player pack distribution at the Clearwater Ski Hill all day.
    Player check in is NOT Mandatory. You will show up 10 min early for your tee time and check in with TD on site.

    Practice rounds at reduced rates $5/18 holes for those that aren't camping there with stay n play rates.
    Practice anytime before that at regular rates

    5:00pm - 9:00pm at Clearwater Ski Hill

    Player Meeting and PARTY at the Clearwater Ski Hill. This is not mandatory as an electronic player's handbook will be distributed prior to the event.
    There will be food and beverages available here, putting games and in person announcements.

Welcome to the first annual HARVEST HUCK!! We are excited to host this inaugural event! A lot more details coming down the pipe once we sort out some things, but this is gonna be one you won't want to miss!! With 10k ADDED CASH, we expect this prize pool to top out at over $30,000.00 on the pro side!! What are you waiting for? Add it to your calendar now!

We are currently capping at 288 players, but with enough registration, we have room to add more. Don't be shy to get on a waitlist!
Pools are tentative and may change slightly. Tentatively, Pool A will play Ski Hill Course 2x, and Wells Gray Golf once. Pool B will play Wells Gray Golf 2x and Ski Hill once.
Pool A will play long pads, Pool B will play short. This may change slightly.
These are tentative, but want to give every opportunity to schedule your carpooling and accommodations as necessary.

Pass through fees: $3 PDGA Fee, and $10/day Green fee for course rentals.

We will keep adding updated info here as it comes in and is finalized. That said, until registration opens, we reserve the right to add/subtract or modify any and all information posted here.

Amateurs will be trophy only. Trophies will be done for 1st place only in divisions with less than 4 players. 1st and 2nd with 4 players, and finally, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in divisions with 5 or more. Players Packs will be in accordance (and beyond..in the best buzz lightyear voice) with PDGA rules. Lots of super cool stuff coming!

Please note: Junior player packs will differ than the rest, but still in accordance with PDGA standards and more!

Divisions with only 1 registrant will be collapsed.

Please note: on pdga and udisc layouts, hole lengths are done by udisc gps...so, there is variance and these will be updated in the players handbook.

Doomsday Discovery Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Players MUST request a refund via discgolfscene. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.


Discussions with persons other than the TD's, including tournament staff, shall not be considered an official withdraw from the tournament!
You will be considered a NO SHOW!

Withdraw prior to Aug 15th
Pro players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Amateur players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Withdraws Aug 16th – August 20th
Pros will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, they will receive a 50% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Withdraws August 21st – Sept 1st
Any Player that withdraws in this time period will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 25% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
If tournament is NOT full, spots will clearly not be filled by waitlist and subjects are applicable.

Withdraws September 1st to Septemer 14.
Any Pro Player that withdraws in this time period will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 25% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Any Amateur player that withdraws in this time period will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive your players pack minus cost of shipping.
Waitlist players who do not make it into the tournament WILL NOT have their fee of $10 refunded.

Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund or Player’s Pack.
Any player who does not show up the day of the event will be considered a NO SHOW and receives NO refund or Player’s Pack

Hole sponsorships are non refundable as signage is created as it is purchased.
