Registration Opens March 1st for women and junior divisions. March 5th for everyone else.

The Moody Park Disc Golf Crew will be hosting the Grand Opening/ First Annual Pine Hill Open at the newly completed course in Claremont, NH. Baskets, labor, and materials were Donated by Pine Hill Construction as well as the majority of the heavy duty work with their machinery. Without them this course would still be a long way from where it sits today.
We plan to have community members join us for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony that will take place before the players meeting. There will be some spectator areas set up to accommodate the community to enjoy this new to the area sport. There will also be some mini games and community games away from the course to allow people to dabble and learn about the game. Please feel free to interact and be great ambassadors to those visiting before, after, and while at lunch.

2 Rounds of 18 holes / Shotgun Start
*We have the ability to add a couple temporary holes if needed to get more players involved however it is currently set for 18 holes.

Trophies for Champions of divisions of 3 or more players.
Awards: Approx. 30 minutes after final card is submitted.

Every player will receive a shirt with our Custom Tournament logo on the front and our sponsors on the back.

Amateur players will also receive a player pack worth over $75.

You will be required to choose a shirt size. Due to lead time on production of the shirts this option will be turned off around the beginning of April. We will then fill the order with a variety of sizes so that you will still receive a shirt. The sizes will just be limited. Some sizes may require an additional fee to accommodate.

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions.

Amateurs Payouts - Top 45% of Winning Players will receive Disc Golf 978 Store Credit! Credit is good for life (never expires), and can be redeemed via their website or in-store. Payouts will go out the night right after the tournament. Please be sure contact info is accurate so we can get these payouts to you with ease.

Lunch: Lunch will be available for purchase from Epic Food Truck and Cruzin' Cow Ice Cream Truck.

CTP: There will be multiple CTP prizes throughout the course. Some will be division restricted.

Ace Pot: 5$ per player goes into the Ace Pot. If no player hits an ace, a throw off will occur on Hole #1 while awards are finalized. The pot will be split to the 2 closest throws. Split will be 60% to closest and 40% to 2nd closest. If someone aces the throw off they will win all the money!!!

GST Fee: $5 from each players registration goes to Edge Disc Golf($2), Uplay($1) and the GST($2) to help us with an array of items such as trophies, end of the season payouts, sanctioning fees, park fees, staff, supplies, and more.

NEFA Fees: $1 per player will go toward end of season payouts.

PDGA Fee: $2 from each player will go toward PDGA fees. 10$ (covered by the player) if you are not a current PDGA member.

Course Fee: $2/ player will go to course fees.

Course OB/Notes:
In and over all roads is OB.
All OB will be marked by yellow rope.

Hole 1 - OB left, right and long.(ravine)

Hole 2 - Island If you do not cross in bounds proceed to Drop zone with 1 stroke penalty
If you cross in bounds but finish OB play from where you went out with 1 stroke penalty.

Hole 3 - OB right(ravine) and OB long(road)

Hole - 4 MANDO right of marked tree. If you miss the mando proceed to Drop zone with 1 stroke penalty.
OB right(ravine) OB left(protect 11 teebox) OB long(divides 4 and 10)

Hole 5 - OB right(ravine) OB left(divides 5 and 10 fairways) also protects 10 teebox.

Hole 6 - ISLAND (same rules as hole 2)

Hole 7 - OB right and long

Hole 8 - OB right and long

Hole 9 - OB left

Hole 10 - OB left (seperates 10 and 5 fairways) OB right (ravine) OB long (seperates 10 and 4)

Hole 11 - MUST allow hole 12 to tee before teeing off!! OB short of basket(ravine) wraps around right/backside of green. Road OB.

Hole 12 - OB right(ravine) OB long(ravine) Road OB.

Hole 14 - Road OB

Hole 16 - Road OB

Hole 17 - MANDO left of marked tree. (Same rules as hole 4 for missed mando)

If there are added holes the Road is always OB.

There will be a couple Spectator zones that will be on a couple holes, these areas do NOT play as OB.

PDGA Live Scoring is the OFFICIAL scorecard of the event and each group needs to check in after the round to make sure the scorecard has been received by the TD's.

NO 2 METER RULE.
NO Division changes after registration closes.

Playoffs: In the event of a playoff for 1st place, players will play the course in a specific loop TBD starting at hole #1 and format is sudden death. First player to win a hole with a lower score wins the playoff.
