Pecan City Disc Golf Shop, in conjunction with Guadalupe County Field of Honor, is proud to host the 2nd Annual Pecan City Classic B-Tier tournament & H.O.T.T. Points Event. 2 days 2 rounds with Tee Times @ Starcke Park Disc Golf Course and Turkey Ridge Disc Golf Complex on Saturday, April 1st - Sunday April 2nd. Sponsored by Mint Discs & the City of Seguin.

This is a fundraiser tournament for the Guadalupe County Field of Honor. They are an organization that sets up over 1,000 flags every year on the field of Seguin’s Faith Lutheran Church. The purpose is to honor all Military service members, Veterans, The Fallen, Firefighters, Police and Emergency Medical Service Providers, who have all earned our thanks for their selfless service and sacrifice. Make a donation or dedicate a flag to someone and keep it at the end of the event on June 10th.

H.O.T.T. Tour Fee - $5 Total per player
-$3 Goes to Admin to cover extra TD expenses, snacks, course improvement projects, etc.
-$1 Edge Donation.
-$1 Goes to H.O.T.T. Tour Finals to increase added cash/value for all players.

-$10 Green Fees
-$2 Porta Potties

AMS will receive over 150% payout of Net Entry Fees to Amateur purse (player packs, trophies & merch credit for some divisions)

On Saturday, PROS + MA1 will play Starcke and AMS will play at Turkey Ridge Disc Golf Complex.
On Sunday PROS will play at TRDGC and AMS will play at Starcke Park.

Starcke will be set up for practice by Wednesday morning.
TRDGC will be open for practice on 2 different days. Saturday, March 25th for their mini from 8:30am-1:30pm. Then open for Casual play from 1:30pm-5:30 pm with the last tee time going out at 3pm.
Krissie Fountain will host a Fuego Friday Mini at TRDGC on Friday, March 31st.
These are the only 2 days TRDGC will be open for practice. Please do not come on other days. You can also keep up with practice times by following their Facebook Pages.

When you enter the property at TRDGC, please FOLLOW THE SIGNS AND FOLLOW THE SPEED LIMIT! DO NOT SPEED & DO NOT GO OVER 10MPH!

Player's Party will be on Friday, March 31st @ The Backyard on 225 N. Saunders in Seguin, from 6pm-11pm. Check-In and Pick up your player's pack.
We plan to have a short player's meeting, presentation, DJ, food trucks, putting tournament and a Vendor's Village.

Pecan City Disc Golf Shop is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so PCDGS can better serve you.
