Pecan City Disc Golf Shop, in conjunction with Guadalupe County Field of Honor and sponsored by Humana, is proud to host it’s first sanctioned C-Tier tournament at Starcke Park Disc Golf Course in Seguin, Tx on Saturday, March 26th-Sunday March 27th.

This is a C-Tier fundraiser tournament for the Guadalupe County Field of Honor. They are an organization that sets up over 1,000 flags every year on the field of Seguin’s Faith Lutheran Church, to honor all Military service members, Veterans, The Fallen, Firefighters, Police and Emergency Medical Service Providers, who have all earned our thanks for their selfless service and sacrifice. Make a donation or dedicate a flag to someone and you keep it at the end of the event on July 9th.

This will be a 2 round 2 day tournament with Tee Times. We will have a players party at The Backyard, where our shop is located, on Friday March 25th to check in, distribute player’s packs and of course, have some fun!
You must check in no less than 10 min before your scheduled tee time at HQ (Blue Pavillion). All Ams will receive a Players Pack that includes a tournament stamped disc. Payouts will be redeemed at Pecan City Disc Golf Shop.
All Pro Payouts will be through PayPal. We also have $500 added cash!
All players will receive a meal on both days, donated by the Field of Honor in Seguin.
We will use UDisc as a choice for scoring so please be sure you have the app downloaded.

Our event will participate in the Dynamic Discs Grow Disc Golf 5k/10k Ace Challenge. What that means is that we will pick a bounty hole for you to Ace on and if you hit an Ace on that hole with a Trilogy Disc, you'll get a check for $10,000. But if you hit an Ace with another companies disc on the designated hole, you'll get a check for $5000. We plan to do it for both rounds too.

During the tournament, we will also have Market Days at the Blue Pavillion (HQ) where players and spectators can go and browse the different products being sold from various businesses and vendors. Food trucks will be on site as well.

Since the City of Seguin is helping sponsor our event, we plan to make it spectator friendly where the community can get introduced to Disc Golf and see what real tournament play looks like. Please understand that there may be individuals who are not familiar with proper tournament etiquette. We will do our best to ensure that the community is informed of proper etiquette, but if you run into someone who is unintentionally being a distraction, kindly let them know. We are thrilled that the City is on our side to help grow disc golf in Seguin and we will do whatever we can to get the community acquainted with the sport.

Pecan City Disc Golf Shop is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

PCDGS will refund a player in full, minus processing fees, if requested by email more than 72 hours of event check in. PCDGS will refund a player in full up to 24 hours, minus processing fees, only if the spot can be filled.
All drops within 24 hours of the event will receive value of entry fee to PCDGS.
No shows will forfeit their entry fees.
