The tournament website www.paradiseplates.co.nz will be live at the same time as the first tier of registration i.e. from 6pm on Sunday 16th January 2022 if all goes to plan!

All visitors coming to Paradise are required to be double vaccinated and hold a My Vaccine Pass. Therefore all players and spectators attending this event will require a My Vaccine Pass.

The first tier of registration (6pm, Sunday 16th January 2022) will allow for the following players:

1.All women and juniors
2.All event volunteers and current Disc Golf Wanaka members
3.The 2021 New Zealand Disc Golf Tour Top 64 men and top 16 women (see https://teepad.org/NZ/tour/2021/tourpoints)
4.All players with a PDGA rating of 900 or above.

** Check your email for an invite or for the appropriate registration code! NB Women and Juniors do not require a code. You just need to enter your division.

General registration for everybody else will open 24 hours later on Monday 17th January 2022 at 6pm.

Tournament Info:
11am Friday 25th March - Paradise Plates Doubles Players Meeting at HQ (one round x 18 holes) - Tee off at 11.30am & course open for practice to everybody else from 12pm.

Saturday 26th March to Monday 28th March - Singles Tournament (three x 18 holes : one round per day). Tee times will be published by Thursday 24th March.

NB The organisers reserve the right to remove divisions and place players in
the nearest appropriate division.

Saturday night - Jungle Of Fame (jungleoffame.com) fancy dress party at the Garden Of Eden.

Accommodation
Limited accommodation will be available at the Paradise Trust Property and in the nearby Rees Valley. Accommodation will be available for a minimum of three nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Monday night accommodation will also be available.

Other accommodation options are available in Glenorchy and there is some camping at the nearby DOC campsite at Diamond Lake.

Event Fees

The price of entry will be $125 for both Pros and Am players.
This will include a players pack and lunches on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A fancy dress 'Jungle Of Fame' campfire party on the Saturday night and night disc on the Sunday night ….plus a bunch of other fun stuff.

Disc Golf Wanaka Incorporated is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Please note that no refunds will be given after 11:59pm on the 11th March 2022.
