About this tournament

Par Wars is back for Episode IV! A PDGA sanctioned C-Tier, consisting of 1 round on a special Red/Green combination layout on the Red Course. Payouts for all divisions, Ace pot, CTP's and a raffle! Plus, you have the option to pre-order our popular "Par Wars" 100% polyester commemorative shirt with print on the front and back.

ENTRY FEES:
All fees collected for payouts will remain within their division.

TEE TIMES:
Flex start; players will choose a card/tee time during registration. Cards of up to 4 players can include players competing in a mix of divisions. All cards must have a minimum of 3 players, 4 players are preferred.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players are required to check-in in the clubhouse at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode.
Additionally, players are asked to be at the starting hole at least 5 minutes before your scheduled tee-time to make sure scoring is set up properly and no last minute adjustments are needed.

LIVE SCORING:
Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App. The passcode will be provided at player check-in. At least 1 player per card must keep score using PDGA Live Scoring, and all players must keep score digitally or on paper (PDGA live app highly recommended!).

PAYOUTS & TROPHIES:
*All payout funds collected through entry fees will stay within the division from which it was collected.
All PROS - Cash payouts to the top 45% of each division paid via PayPal.
All AMS - Scrip/credit to the top 50% of each division loaded onto gift cards for use at Kayak Point DGR (never expires, can be used on anything in the shop including products and course fees, and at Aces BBQ & Grill).
TIES for 1st PLACE:
In the event of a tie for 1st place in any division and players are still on site, a sudden death playoff will be played starting on Red hole 1. Players will play a 9 hole layout until a winner is decided. (Red Course, Holes 1-4, 14 - 18)
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place winner in each division that has at least 2 players registered within 3 weeks of the event (so there's time for trophies to be produced).

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during the tournament.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside alcohol and food are prohibited on the property. Aces BBQ & Grill will be open for lunch, plus the Pro Shop has a variety of snacks and drinks including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

Refund policy
Disc Golf Resort LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refund requests must be made through discgolfscene.com.
The PDGA's Competition Manual Policy for Withdrawals & Refunds (1.03) will be followed. See below for a quick reference.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% monetary refund.
