Save the date! Join us Friday night from 4:00-7:00pm at Historic Brewing in downtown Flagstaff for a tournament kick off with a glow disc event to follow at Fort Tuthill Disc Golf Course.

Glow Round at Tuthill! Bring your glowiest discs, headlamps and flashlights. We'll have basket lights.

We'll be holding a single day doubles (BYOP), two round tournament to benefit the Coconino County Parks. Join us for a day of disc golf and fun to support our beautiful parks and facilities provided and maintained by Coconino County.
This is an unsanctioned event. We'll have Mixed, Open, Amateur, and Age protected divisions for men and women. We'll also have low cost or free entry for all Juniors divisions. Final divisions will be based on registration.
We'll split the cash between the Charity and Payout. We'll also have food and drinks from our local providers.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to withdraw from the tournament, please note we will follow the PDGA Competition Manual on Withdrawals and Refunds. How to Withdraw: Players must email or phone the Tournament Director at the contact information posted for the tournament. Withdrawing via social media or telling other tournament staff is not official.
Waitlist Refunds:
Players on the waitlist who do not get into the event, or who withdraw before the waitlist closes, will receive a 100% refund (minus a handling fee of up to $10).
Note: If you paid a "nominal non-refundable waitlist fee" (e.g., $5 to hold your spot without paying full entry), that fee is non-refundable.
Withdrawal Timeline & Payouts
30+ Days Before Event: You will receive a 100% monetary refund of your entry fee (minus a handling fee of up to $10).
15 to 29 Days Before Event: If your spot is filled by a waitlist player: You will receive a 100% monetary refund (minus up to $10 handling fee). If your spot is NOT filled: You will receive either a 50% monetary refund OR the Player’s Pack you would have received (minus shipping). Note: Pros receiving a 50% refund.
14 Days Before Event (up to Registration Close): If your spot is filled by a waitlist player: You will receive a 100% monetary refund (minus up to $10 handling fee).
If your spot is NOT filled: You will receive either a 25% monetary refund OR the Player’s Pack you would have received (minus shipping). Note: Pros receive a 25% refund.
Within 48 Hours of Event (or after Registration Closes): No refund or player pack will be provided.
