PAR2 is a casual, unsanctioned tournament that will be played at Palmore Park. This will be a flex start event, meaning you can start your round any time between the designated schedule as long as there are at least 3 on a card. The goal is to run at aces, card 2’s, and have fun. Whoever cards the lowest round wins. Players must use the provided discs in their players’ pack for all throws. Entry Fee is $25 which includes 2 discs(300 A2 or A4 (players choice) and base grip P model S putter), a mini, and snapback hat. Preregistration is required as there will be no extra players packs ordered.You can also play as many rounds as you like for an additional $5 per round. This is a fun format and is great for new players wanting to get in the game without the pressures of a large tournament. Seasoned players will also enjoy trying out some new plastic while running aces at Palmore. Holes will be shortened to range between 90-180 Feet.
Payout will be Prodigy merchandise to be announced later.
All proceeds from this event will go towards the Tuscaloosa Disc Golf Club fundraiser to replace baskets at Bowers Park.
