    Disperse to assigned starting holes. Must be at starting tee 5 minutes before designated shotgun start time.

    Shotgun start - round begins.

    1:30pm - 3:00pm

    Awards ceremony, raffle, CTP prizes, and additional festivities commence after all competitors complete their round.

About this tournament

GUTEN TAG!

Welcome to the 5th Annual PINTOBERFEST hosted by Pinto Lake Disc Golf Club!

This is a single day, single round C-Tier tournament comprising a 28-hole layout at Pinto Lake Championship Disc Golf Course. Shotgun start!

THE LOOT:
The top 40% of players in each pro division will be paid out through PayPal. Pro purse includes 100% of pro net entry fees and added cash.

Amateur divisions will be playing for trophies and the sweet taste of glory, and will receive a saucy players pack at check-in!

The top finishers in each division will receive a custom trophy. Award ceremony held after the round finishes.

SPONSOR US:
Hole sponsorships are available for players who wish to support the event; $50 in addition to your registration fees will buy you a tee sign featuring the graphic and/or text of your choosing! Participating sponsors will have an opportunity for early registration and shout-outs at every opportunity.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIPS are available to non-participating supporters, and are offered at $100 - although any level of support or donation is welcomed and greatly appreciated (event support, raffle items, volunteered time). Non-participating sponsors will receive a custom tee sign for advertisement or the graphic/text of your choosing.

The more support we receive, the more fun there is to have!

WAIT IT OUT:
A tournament-wide waitlist will be made available if spots fill. Full payment will be required to join the waitlist. Waitlisted players who are not able to be added will be refunded their waitlist/registration fee (minus handling fee).

PASS THRU FEES ($10 Total - included in registration):
$5 PDGA sanctioning and per-player fee
$3 TD fee
$2 Event support fee (bathroom rentals, permit administration)

Refund policy

Pinto Lake Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Per Competition Manual 1.03:

Withdraws/refunds requested on or before 9/12 are guaranteed a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees).

Withdraws/refunds requested 9/13-9/27 will receive a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees) only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 50% monetary refund or amateur player's pack.

Withdraws/refunds requested 9/28-10/10 will receive a full refund with a handling fee only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 25% monetary refund or amateur player's pack. A $10 handling fee will be applied to all withdraw/refund requests 9/28-10/10.

Refunds requested after 8AM on 10/10 - "Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund". Your registration fees will be donated to the event and no refunds will be given.
