About this tournament

Please join us for our second charity doubles event with Slow Play on March 2nd at Westminister DGC in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME.
The format is one round (18 holes) from the short tees, Captain's Choice (best shot) doubles. Bring your own partner and be ready for a good time.
This is a TROPHY-ONLY event with sweet player packs (details coming soon) and closest-to-the-pin (CTP) prizes throughout the round.
If you're unsure what division to sign up for, let us know, and we can help assign you to the appropriate division. If you sign up for a division below your skill level, we will ask you to move up before teeing off to keep the fields as accurate as possible.
For participants in the Mixed division, here's what we recommend:
Mix 1 Advanced - tournament players who have played over ten events in their career. for those familiar with PDGA team event ratings RAD - WHITE < 935
Mix 2 Intermediate - Experienced in playing events. For those familiar with PDGA team event ratings, RAF Division Green [rating <850]
Mix 3 Beginners - New to tournament play 0-2 events in their career
For those familiar with PDGA team event ratings, RAG Purple [rating <800]
This is a charity event for Throw Pink to bring the community together for a fun day of making a difference.
March is Women's History Month, and Slow Play wants to celebrate by supporting local women's initiatives. We will be brewing a special beer at Slow Play (for participants 21 and older) called Piece of the Pie in conjunction with this event to raise further funds for Throw Pink.
Your entry fee includes a chance at cash prizes on the 19th hole at Slow Play immediately following the round. You do not have to be 21 for the throw-off.
Throw Pink is a non-profit in Rock Hill that encourages women and girls to get out and be more physically active through disc golf. The program was established to make a difference in women's cancer-related illnesses by raising money through fun disc golf initiatives.
Special thanks to Slow Play for their continued support of Throw Pink and women's disc golf. A huge thank you to Innova Disc Golf in Rock Hill, SC, for helping to make this event possible and bringing disc golf and the United States Disc Golf Championship to beautiful York County.
