Oregon Park Iron Man

About:
4 rounds will be played, there will be ace fund but no ctps, no lunch, no t-shirts, and no players pack, payout will be minimum 85% of buy in to 45% of the field. This event will be as streamlined as possible without any bells and whistles as we will be playing 72 holes of golf in one day. Intermediate players and above only. Max 3 players per hole 54 available slots.
Pree-registration is required no day of signups will be accepted. The hole assignments and players meeting information will be e-mailed to the players the day before. The earlier you sign up the closer your starting hole will be to the parking lot… sign up last you will be starting on hole 9.
7-8am check in 8am first round starts on the horn. Second round will be played immediately after the first round with no break. First round play gold to gold. Second round play silver to gold.
Lunch about 1 pm – 3pm
3pm third round starts and 4th round is played right after with no break. Third round plays gold to silver. 4th round plays silver to silver.
Very quick awards ceremony then we will all try to make it home before we collapse into a comma.
All PDGA rules will be in force there will be no 2m rule. All course specifics will be emailed to the player and available at check in. lots of coolers of water will be around the course and club water bottles will be available for purchase at a discounted price of $3 (or bring your own) bottled water will not be provided but will make sure that there will be at least 4 coolers of ice water on the course. Be prepared people this not going to be easy or for the faint of heart.
