About this tournament
Beginner-friendly one day disc golf event at Island Lake Conservation Area. Proceeds will support the Orangeville Food Bank.
This is a showcase of disc golf for the Orangeville community. We hope to raise awareness of this inexpensive and family-friendly sport. We believe that there is potential for a permanent course in the community for all to enjoy.
This is a very flexible tournament. We will collect all scorecards regardless of time played, as long as the round is playing during event hours.
Event will run from 10:30am-4pm. Parking is free for anyone attending the event, just let whoever is working the gate know that you are there for the disc golf tournament.
There will be three divisions - beginner, experienced, and children under 12.
Top Link Disc Golf has also generously offered to lend us baskets and tee pads for the event! They will also be providing loaner discs for beginners wanting to try the sport for the first time!
