About this tournament

This event is designed to be a challenging tournament that will show off the Eagle Disc Golf course in Olpe.

The event will take place on February 26th. Registration and Check-In will be from 9:00-9:45 under the pavilion next to the parking lot followed by a short players meeting. The first round is set to start at 10:00 a.m. with the second round tentatively scheduled for 2:00.

All amateur divisions will receive player pack consisting of 2 ESU stamped discs, one premium plastic and one base plastic. Any division with 3 or more competitors will also have a trophy given to first place, which will be given after the event is concluded.

MPO, FPO, MA1 and FA1 will be utilizing the long pads, while MA2, FA2, MA3 and FA3 will be using short pads.

The Pro division will have 100% payout to the top 50% of placements. All payout will be made through PayPal.

There will be four CPT's for the tournament, with two specifically for the pro division and two specifically for the amateur divisions.

Any proceeds raised at this event will be donated to the ESU Disc Golf Club!

Refund policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.

Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their player pack, but no refund.

If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event start, they may still receive their player pack if they reach out within 48 hours of the event ending. After 48 hours we will give no player’s packages to non-competitors.
