The 2015 Old Farm Summer League celebrates disc golf and our hometown park, Old Farm with our end of the year tournament. We've had over 180 people play with us throughout the year and have enjoyed friendly competition within the disc golf community of Grand Rapids.
When: Sunday September 13th, Players meeting at 2:45. Flip at 3pm.
Our sponsors have put up 18 CTP and LP PRIZES for this tournament!!! We would like to thank all the sponsors who have so generously giving prizes throughout the year.
