About this tournament

GREAT NEWS we have secured one of my favorite parks in all of Ohio for this event.
(LAKE SHORE PARK, ASHTUBULA, OH)

VENUE CHANGE

(Ohio State Parks are still closed for events so Findley State Park was not available)

2 rounds of 20 holes on Saturday on the beautiful challenging Lake Shore Park course in Ashtubula, OH & and 1 round of 20 holes on Sunday (extra Holes (3B after playing 3's short basket you will play 3's Long basket from a tee pad area down by the lake & 9B after playing 9 go across the street behind 9's basket and go left and we are using the peninsula of land on the other side of the road). Everyone will have a scheduled tee off posted Friday night (1st tee off on Saturday beginning at 8:10 am) / 2nd round tee off will be 4 hours and 30 minutes after your round 1 tee off (ex: Rd 1 tee off at 8:10 am means your 2nd round tee off will be at 12:40 pm) (you play in the same groups all day Saturday and then cards will be shuffled for Sundays 3rd & final round based on days 1 scores within your division). Sunday's 3rd round will also have the 1st tee off at 8:10 am and last tee off at 12:30 pm with the entire event being completed by 3:30 pm on Sunday. Prize payouts will be by division approximately 30 minutes after the last card in your division has completed its round. All divisions will be teeing off at consecutive tee times so they have the same conditions on the course. Some divisions will be completed by as early as 11:30 AM on Sunday while the very last division to tee off will be completed by 3:20 pm so players can enjoy the balance of the day with family and friends. COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING PLANS

Social distancing of at least 6 feet must me maintained at all times at event site

On the Disc Golf Courses: minimum of 6 feet of separation between persons (players and
staff) must be maintained at all times.
Players will arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to their assigned tee times to the disc golf area of the park.
Players may warm up in the grassy area East of hole 4 / several putting areas will be available near hole 16 pavilion near the teeing area .
Players may not get on the course for practice after 10 am (7:30 am to 10 am players may practice holes 10 thru 15) after 10 am / no practice until after the event is completed for the day (Saturday approx 7:30 pm)

Players will play in groups of 3 or 4 players

Players/guests may not follow other players who are playing
(other than one caddy per player – who must also abide by social distancing rules).
Players will leave the disc golf course site area after completing their 2 rounds on Saturday

General Event Details:

No on-site registration Saturday – players must register on line

All schedules, rules (out of bounds lists), and other information is available on line. Handouts also available
Check in at hole 16 (15 minutes prior to tee off / do not come to hole 16 area prior to 15 minutes before your tee off to ensure no herd gathering)
Amateur player packages will be handed out at the pavilion near hole 16 (15 minutes prior to your 1st round tee off)
All tee times, scores will be posted on line.
Prizes will be distributed to each small division within 30 minutes of that divisions completion of the event.

Refund policy

Full Refunds prior to June 6th, with a $5 processing fee / June 6th - June 12th it will be mailing of $87 player pack to the player or 50% refund, June 13th to the event date it will be 25% refund or $87 player pack mailed. These strict refund rules must be used for an A-tier with a huge player pack for event merchandise and disc have to be purchased by TD in advance of the event // thanks
