About this tournament
4 rounds of play
This AM only A-tier is capped at 84 players to ensure the quality of the event and a favorable player experience. THIS TOURNAMENT WITH LIMITED SPACE IS LIKELY TO FILL SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! The registration is PRE-PAY ONLY with all offered AM divisions entry fees of $66 which includes a huge player pack with a retail value of $74+. The layout will be as follows:
Day 1 will have 2 rounds at Walsh Park / Walsh Park only has 1 set of tee pads but the 3 extra temp holes will have 2 sets of tee pads in which AM1 & AM2 will play the long tees for the extra holes while the other divisions will play the 3 extra holes from the shorter tees for a slightly different layout between the higher and lower divisions.
Day 2 will have 1 round on Sunday & then a final 9 on Sunday for the top 33% of each division at Hedges Boyer with AM1 playing long tees for round 3 and the final 9 / Am2 short tees for round 3 and long tees for the final 9 and all other divisions will play short tees for rd3 & the final 9. / PS based on player feedback the island extra hole will be replaced with another added temp hole / Besides the player pack which will far exceed your entry fee there is also generous payouts to the top 33% of each division and sponsored trophies. Refund policy
MOB Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. Refunds are handled via PDGA guidelines and those guidelines will be strictly enforced due to the high value of player packs (which retail value far exceeds entry fee) that will be mailed to players the week following the event for those who can not make the event.
All refunds will be handled by PDGA guidelines which is stated below unless your spot is filled by another player. PDGA guidelines state
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a $10 handling fee).
D. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% cash refund.
E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
