Amateur A-tier in Mid-North Ohio area. / This amateur A-tier has moved to a new venue this year for Saturday play at Walsh Park in Fremont & Sunday play at Hedges Boyer Park in Tiffin. The player pack will be huge with 8 items with 76+ value. Player Pack is 8 items = 1 Innova Tourney Stamp Disc (you choose), 1 Discraft Tourney Stamp Disc (you choose), 1 Dri-Fit Tourney designed shirt, 1 Disc Golf hat, 1 moisture wicking dirt bag, 1 disc golf Buzz towel, 1 Discraft Sticker, & 1 Discraft pencil for a total retail value of $76+ // On top of the player pack in which its retail value is $10+ more $$ than your entry fee there is also prize payouts to the top 1/3 of each division in which the top 40% of each division will play a final 9. Total added sponsorship is $36+ $$ per player !!! Registration ends at 11 pm Friday night (6/23/17) if there is room still in the event you can still register the day of the event but there will be a $5 late registration fee.
Players will be shifted to other divisions if divisions do not meet the minimum division size of 3 players for men & 2 players for women.
Due to the large size and value of the player pack all refunds will be handled via PDGA guidelines which are:
"Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 30 days to 15 days from the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the wait list or a walk up entry (if offered.) If the player's spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player's pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping.)" //
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at 14 or less days from the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration and wait list replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the wait list or a walk up entry (if offered.) If the player's spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player's pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping.)"
