THE EBDGC is back with The Oakland City Championship returning to the massive Hills and Bay courses at Lake Chabot in Oakland this October! Thank you to Innova for sponsoring us for our discs!
2 great days of disc golf with three rounds total on the Bay and Hill courses at the gorgeous Lake Chabot Golf Course. 2 rounds Saturday, 1 round Sunday. No final 9. Carts used to get out to your starting hole for holes 6 - 18 on both courses. Practice rounds available Thursday and Friday afternoon before the tournament. There will be a raffle, lunch available for players, and a ton of fun all weekend long!
Players Pack ONLY FOR AMs: There will be no payout for Amateurs at this event, instead you will get a players pack worth $40! This is to keep costs low and be able to get more Ams to play!
LUNCH: TBD - We are hoping there will be a lunch option for Saturday, that will be a separate registration.

Monday 6/9/25: Early Registration for Women's Divisions and Tee Sign Sponsorships (Tee Sign Sponsorships will be $120)

~Transparency in Player Cost~
As per PDGA guidelines we are publishing the pass through fees from your registration, and where the money goes to.
The entry fee for the tournament depends on division. The Pass Through Fees are:
$84 for green fees for the course
$3 for PDGA Fees
$3 for TD Fees
$40 value for Ams players packs
The rest of the net entry fee (for Pros only, Ams will receive Players Packs) is for Payout.
We are working on sponsorship currently. Please reach out the TDs if you are interested in a sponsorship opportunity.
Your sponsorship money ALSO goes to video production of AT LEAST the last round of MPO. If we can get more sponsors, we can add more rounds/divisions!
~Making Space for Women~
Women will have access to early registration starting on Monday 6/2/2025. The Divisional costs for Women’s divisions is discounted compared to the Mixed counterparts. We are also opening divisions for Jrs in both Mixed and Women’s divisions.
~Use of Limited Exceptions~
Our team will ensure that the use of limited exceptions (hole sponsorships & volunteers) meet the criteria and intent established by 1.02 in the PDGA competition manual. The number of players gaining entry into the event using these exceptions will not exceed 33% of the field or 50% of any given division.

To make sure we abide by PDGA guidelines on early registration, caps are currently set to 1/2 of the total for some divisions and will expand after the early registration period.
