About this tournament
NOTE: This is a one day tournament for Rec and Novice Divisions. All other divisions play on Saturday, September 11th. See the separate registration page.

PDGA C-Tier
2 rounds of 18 holes at Oak Meadow Park in Cypress TX.
Course will be played as the regular 18 holes with a shotgun start. Second round cards will be based on standings from the first round.
PDGA electronic scoring will be used. Each card will need at least one back up scorecard, either paper or electronic app.
Hosted by Oak Meadow Disc Golf.
Rule sheets will be available before you start. KNOW THE RULES! There will not be a player meeting.
Please wear a mask when social distancing can not occur.

AM divisions pay out top 45%. AM payout vouchers must be redeemed the day of the event.
There's a NON-PDGA Member fee of $10 for all that are not current or not a PDGA member.
Entry fees include $2 PDGA fee and $4 OMDG admin fee.
There will not be an ace pot for this event.
4 player minimum per division at the TD discretion.

Refund policy
Waitlist players who do not get in will receive a full refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the tournament:
If you withdraw before 8/11/21 at midnight, full refund less $4 handling fee.
If you withdraw after 8/11/21 but before 9/3/21 at midnight:
If your spot is filled - Full refund less $6 handling fee
If your spot is NOT filled - 75% cash refund
If you withdraw after 9/3/21 but before registration closes on 9/9/21 at 5:00 PM:
If your spot is filled - Full refund less $10 handling fee
If your spot is NOT filled - 25% cash refund
No refunds for withdrawals after registration closes (5:00 PM on Thursday 9/9/21).
