PRACTICE
9/4 HDG mini at Oak Meadow. 9am sign up. Course gate will be open all day. If this does not work for you, reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate.
FORMAT
- 2 rounds of 22 holes (Shotgun Start) at Oak Meadow Park in Cypress TX. Layout can be found on Udisc
- Course will be played as the regular 18 holes with 4 additional temporary holes.
- Course map with temp holes will be available prior to the event
- Optional combined Ace & CTP pot. 50% of the pot will go towards Aces & 50% towards CTP. If there are no Aces, 100% of the pot will go to CTP.
RULES
- Electronic rules sheets will be available. Please review as there will not be a player meeting.
- PDGA electronic scoring will be used. Each card will need at least one back up scorecard, either paper or electronic app.

$250 from Cypress Herbal Healing
$75 from Hole Sponsorships
PLAYER PACK
- 1 Event stamped Innova disc. Wholesale cost will be deducted from payout if not covered by sponsorship agreements.
REGISTRATION
- Division caps will be lifted after 48 hours of open registration.
- $10 fee for non PDGA members
- $2 PDGA fee included (C-Tier)
- No more than wholesale cost for the players pack will be deducted from entry.
OTHER INFO
1. Sabor Sason taco truck will be at the park 11am-1pm if you would like to hang out at the park and eat some great tacos during lunch break.
2. The gates to the park should be open at 7am. Once normal parking spots are full, you can start parking in the grass adjacent to the lot.
3. There is no swimming for discs in the lakes so please do not get in the water during, between, or after the rounds. Cars driving by will call the Constable who comes out for a visit. We will get permission to go disc diving soon after the tournament and work to get any discs found back to their owners.
REFUND POLICY
Cypress Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
$5 processing fee for refunds
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
Cypress Disc Golf will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
Cypress Disc Golf will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
*exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
ALL WAITLIST PLAYERS THAT DO NOT GET IN WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED POST EVENT.
