Entry fees include $3 PDGA fee and $4 OMDG admin fee.
Cancellation requests must be made by 4/2 to receive a refund. Cancellations from 4/3 to 4/6 will receive a merchandise credit. Cancellations after 4/6 are non refundable. OMDG admin fee is non refundable.
