Everyone needs to take score. Make sure your phone is charged and ready to go.

There are bees on the ground in the middle of the fairway of Hole 7 near the telephone pole. Be careful and take relief with no penalty, as far as you need to go in line with the target and no closer to the basket. Do not tee next to your disc, behind your disc and keep going until it is safe...

Get to the course early. There's a school running group that shows up at 7a and fills the whole parking lot. Just get there before they do. If there is not parking, use the dirt parking lot. And if that is full park at the school and walk down. DO NOT PARK in the 2hr restricted parking. They do ticket.

Caddy book is the same as the Leadership Pasadena Caddy book.

Oak Grove Appreciation Disc Golf Tournament Presented By Innova- Part of the SoCal Disc Golf Series and a PDGA XC-Tier Tournament

Join us for a fun-filled day of disc golf at the beautiful Oak Grove course in Pasadena on October 26th, 2024!

Format: 2 rounds, shotgun start, extended championship layout (18 holes)

Tier Designation: This is an XC-Tier event due to its participation in the PDGA Competition Endowment Program. All divisions will receive normal PDGA ratings and payouts.

Series: This tournament is proudly part of the SoCal Disc Golf Series

Divisions & Costs:
Open Division: Cash payout to top 40% of the field, as determined by PDGA rules for C-Tier events (minimum 85% of net entry fees) - $80

Amateur/Junior Divisions: Trophy only (for divisions with 5 or more players, awarded to top 20% of the field) + player pack with 2 discs and a mini - $65

Additional Fees:
Non-PDGA members: $10 (per PDGA rules)
Non-SoCal Disc Golf Series members: $5
PDGA Player Fee: $2 (all PDGA fees will be donated to the Oak Grove Disc Golf Club, including the Non-PDGA Member fee)
Socal Disc Golf Club Player Fee: $2

Cost Breakdown for Open Division:
$12 - Course reservation fee
$3 - Trophy allocation
$2 - PDGA Player Fee
$2 - SoCal Player Fee
The remaining portion goes towards the cash payout

Cost Breakdown for Amateur/Junior Divisions:
$12 - Course reservation fee
$40 - Two discs (retail value $50)
$6 - Mini (retail value $8)
$3 - Trophy allocation
$2 - PDGA Player Fee
$2 - SoCal Player Fee

Schedule:
7:00 AM - Check-in begins
8:30 AM - Registration Closes
8:45 AM - Players meeting
9:00 AM - Shotgun start for Round 1
1-hour lunch break after the last card from Round 1 is turned in
Shotgun start for Round 2 (specific time will be announced after lunch)
4:30p Award Cerimony at the Altadena Ale House

We are offering a limited number of early registration spots (36) to sponsors.
Sponsorship is $30 and guarantees your spot in the tournament before the early registration deadline.

Payment: PayPal fees will be deducted at the end of the transaction.

Skill Levels: All skill levels are welcome!

No division caps, but overall registration is limited to 72 players.
