Beat the Heat! We will have shaded canopies scattered throughout the course as well as plenty of ice cold water coolers every few holes.

- Check-In @ 7:00-7:50am
- Player’s meeting @ 8:00am
- Round 1: Shotgun start @ 8:30am
- Lunch @ 11:30am-12:30pm
- Round 2: Shotgun start @ 1:00pm

40% for Open divisions; 50% for Amateur divisions

Refund policy
Chase Pruitt is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
We will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email or phone more than 48 hours before the start of the event. If we cannot fill a spot dropped within 48hrs of the event, players will receive their entry fee value in merchandise. We will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 12 hours before the event ONLY IF we can fill the spot. ANY drops within 12 hours of the event, no-shows/morning of event cancels- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
