North Texas Junior Championship
About this tournament
Happy New Year! Lets start this year of with a statement and show up in great number to this tournament. This course will be the one of our new locations for classes. If your child would like to make disc golf their sport of choice, contact us now.
LAYOUT
We will play 1 round of 12 holes. The holes we will play are holes 7-18. There will be short tee pads for both the older divisions and the younger divisions. The older divisions (11U, 13U,16U) will play from the red flags marked with tee signs. The younger divisions (7U, 9U, GRLS) will play from the white flags. The girls will be split in two groups if there are enough participants and one group may play from the red flags.
DIVISIONS
Our divisions are the same as always however they are always flexible. The biggest thing to state is that the girls division will be slit into two if we have enough show up.
remember that if you are looking for more challenge then you can always move up in divisions.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
Every player that enters will receive a junior judge for playing. They will also gain the experience of playing competitively against other players their age. They will have a fun time learning the dynamics of tournament play and have a fun time while doing it.
Every division will be competing for a trophy.
***we only have 19 Junior Judges so if you are not the first 19 to sign up then you will not receive one.
MINI DISC GOLF
We are proud owners of 5 junior baskets that will be set up after the round. The kids will be able to use their new junior judges to play mini disc golf. There are no prizes or anything for the mini disc golf course but they are welcome to play their hearts out.
SPONSOR A HOLE
Hole sponsorship helps us out more than you could imagine. To sponsor a hole, please contact Codee Sanford through the email provided or message us on Facebook. It costs $20 to sponsor a hole. Half of the proceeds will go towards the event and the costs that it takes to run it, and the other half will go toward paying for insurance at the Kid Crushers Championships.
