About this tournament
1 round of play
Within our current Covid-19 environment, the North Carolina Governor's mandate and the PDGA have placed some requirements for tournament directors holding events.
All groups will be threesomes and strict social distancing and masks will be required.
NO CADDIES will be allowed. Players younger than 13 are required to have a parent present at all times. There will be no spectators allowed. One parent from each player will be allowed to walk with the group their child is in. With the threesomes and the restriction on spectators, caddies and parents each group will be under 10 people total at all times.
There will NOT be a PLAYER'S MEETING - you will receive an email with all of the player meeting information 24 to 48 hours before September 12th.
Day of the event please stop by Tournament Central to inform us of your arrival and to pick up your card. The top person on the card will be responsible for keeping the score for the whole round as to limit the possible spread of the virus. You will play in the same groups regardless of score for the rounds your age bracket will be playing.
Trophies will be awarded when the tournament is complete for each division. Any CTPs and the overall awards will be given out at the end of both rounds.
9 hole mini course will be set up for the kids and all others to play while scores are tabulated and when not playing in general.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to amend, adjust or cancel the event at any time due to environmental or health related concerns.
IF the event is cancelled prior to 9/10/2020 a full refund will be made to the registrant.

Refund policy
The tournament director is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be available until 12:01am Thursday September 10th, 2020, afterwards, no refunds will be considered.
