About this tournament

We are excited to announce the return of our annual charity event!! It's been a couple of years and I hope you all can help make this one the best one yet! All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga.

This is a PDGA XC Tier because it is a CEP (charity) event. Both rounds WILL be rated


PRACTICE DAY:
The course will be setup on Friday 3/31 for practice. Times to be announced closer to the event. The course will be similar to the past Nooga charity events. This is NOT the same layout that we use for the Belch'n Turkey.

EARLY CHECK IN:
We will be doing early check in on Friday 3/31.

DOOR PRIZE ITEMS:
Brand new portable Dynamic Discs Veteran basket worth $500
75+ discs
5 bags
Over $3000 worth of items!!!
Day of tickets will also be available for sale on Friday and Saturday.

DOOR PRIZE DONATIONS:
Please contact me if you would like to donate any item. It does not have to be disc golf related and the more items we have for door prizes, the more money we can raise!!

DIVISION MINIMUMS:
There must be at least five in each division (women and juniors excluded.) If there are less than five once the tournament fills or two weeks before the event, I will move players to the most appropriate division.

WAITLIST:
If you sign up for the waitlist and do not get in, that $3 will be donated to charity.

PRO PLAYERS:
Pro divisions will receive 40% cash payout minus a donation to charity, PDGA fees, course fees and any other expenses.

AMATEUR PLAYERS:
This is a TRUE AMATEUR Competition Endowment Charity event. Players pack will include a minimum of: One tournament stamped disc & Ace Pot entry

PRO PLAYERS:
40% payout
Ace pot entry

ACE POT:
All players are entered into the $180 ace pot. If there are no aces, the ace pot money will be donated to HES.

PLAYOFF HOLES FOR FIRST PLACE:
If a sudden death playoff is needed, it will be: Hole 6, 16, 2 and repeat if needed.

TIE BREAKER FOR TROPHIES OTHER THAN FIRST PLACE:
If there is a tie for 2-5th place trophies, it will go to who ever had the better second round. If those are the same, we will do a CTP throw-off on hole 6.

TROPHIES/PRIZES FOR AMATEUR PLAYERS:
You will also be competing for trophies and the number of trophy spots will be dictated by the size of your division. https://www.pdga.com/td/true-amateur
1-3 players: 1st
4-10 players: 1st and 2nd
11-29 players: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
30+ players: 1st-5th
