About this tournament

Hey, guys, it's that time of year again! We are running our annual charity tournament, with all proceeds from the event being donated to the Chambliss Center for Children. We have a great history with them, as that's where we have our annual Ace Race.
PRO PLAYERS:
Pro divisions will receive cash payout minus a donation to Chambliss, PDGA fees, course fees and any other expenses.
AMATEUR PLAYERS:
This is a TRUE AMATEUR Competition Endowment Charity event. We are working toward finalizing our player's packs.

TROPHIES/PRIZES FOR AMATEUR PLAYERS:
You will also be competing for trophies!
PRACTICE DAY:
The course will be setup on Friday 3/08 for practice. Times to be announced closer to the event. The course will be similar to the layout from last year for our event benefitting Chambliss. This is NOT the same layout that we use for the Belch'n Turkey
EARLY CHECK IN:
We will be doing early check in on Friday 3/8/2019.

DOOR PRIZE ITEMS:
Brand new portable Prodigy T3, a championship level basket, and much more to come!!!
PRIZE DONATIONS:
Please contact Joey or myself if you would like to donate any item. It does not have to be disc golf related.
DIVISION MINIMUMS:
There must be at least three in each division (women and juniors excluded.) If there are less than three once the tournament fills or two weeks before the event, I will move players to the most appropriate division.
WAITLIST:
If you sign up for the waitlist and do not get in, that $5 will be donated to Chambliss. The waitlist will be done by pool. So if an amateur drops, an amateur will get in. If a pro drops, a pro gets in. Closer to the event, that may change to allow as many people in as possible.

Refund policy
CFDC is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. No refunds will be issued beyond 8 p.m. Thursday, March 7th. All proceeds will be donated to Chambliss.
