Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."


Second - PayPAL

PayPAL is being a pain in the *** with processing entry fees because I have a "new" account set up for events. ( I wanted to separate my events from my retail, but anyway ....)

As it stands, You may receive a message / email from PayPAL want to confirm you received your product before they release the funds.

You need to confirm. You have received an entry into the event - I have sent theme links to all of the events - but this is how they are handling the transactions on the new account.


You must log in on the Browser site to make a confirmation.

My apologies - Its not a mess I made ( It's PayPAL's) but it is my mess to have to clean up .

PLEASE do not ignore or deny - that will prevent the funds to buy the discs from getting to me.

Now - on to the tournament.

New Bern Trilogy Challenge

Players will receive three discs and these are the only discs allowed to use during the event.

Discs are:

Latitude 64 Opto or Gold SPZ 3 | Speed: 9 Glide: 6 Turn: -1 Fade: 2

Dynamic Discs Lucid or Fuzion Bounty | Speed: 4 Glide: 5 Turn: -1.5 Fade: 0.5

Westside Discs BT Hybrid Crown | Speed: 3 Glide: 4 Turn: 0 Fade: 1

Players will also receive:
(1) Microfiber Towel
(1) Prime Burst Trilogy Mini
(1) Scorecard and Pencil


FORMAT:

1 round, with Tee times.

First Tee time will be 8:00 A.m, with cards of 4 players.

All Am Divisions will have a voucher payout based on $10 per player in the division; the payout will go to the top 40% of each field.


MPO / FPO will compete for cash, with total purse value based on $10 per total number players in respective division who complete the event.

Registration closes on 9/2/2020 at 8:00 EST.

There will be NO WAITLIST.

There will be NO DAY OF REGISTRATION.

Tee times and the player's meeting details will be emailed out on 9/32020 at approx. 5:00 PM.


TD reserves the right to adjust the layout based on course conditions in case of inclement weather / environmental concerns.





DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS EVENT AND THE PLAYER PACK REQUIREMENT TO OPERATE IT, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 8/28/2020 AT 8:00 PM.

Any cancellation after 8:00 PM on 8/28/2020 will result in the 3 discs being mailed to the player in the week FOLLOWING the completed event.

Fly Guy Disc Golf Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
