South Tahoe Disc Golf Association will be hosting the Sierra Tahoe Series Finale at Bijou Disc Golf Disc Course in South Lake Tahoe, California. This is a "B" tier PDGA sanctioned event, you must be a current PDGA member to enter this tournament. This event is the final event of the 2022 Sierra Tahoe Series (STS). The Tournament Champions and the STS Champions will be crowned at this event. This tournament was originally scheduled as the Nevada State Disc Golf Championships at Zephyr Cove DGC, but due to a scheduling conflict the tournament was moved to a different venue and renamed.

This event is two rounds of 27 holes at Bijou DGC in South Lake Tahoe. There will be one round on Saturday and one round on Sunday. Shotgun start at 9:00am on both days. Amateur players will receive a player's package with their registration fee. Player's packages are being withheld from the Professional registration fee, in lieu of higher payouts. Professional players will have the option of purchasing a Tournament Stamped Disc for $15, a Tournament Tee-shirt for $15 or a player's package for $25 during registration, if they would like a souvenir from the tournament. The player's package will consist of at least one Tournament Stamped Disc and a Tournament Tee-shirt. There will be a Closest to the Pin (CTP) competition. We will qualify players after the first round on Saturday and after the second round on Sunday. The ten closest players will qualify for the finals in the CTP contest. There will also be a huge raffle during the awards ceremonies.

A minimum of three players is required to complete a division. If your division does not have at least 3 competitors, you may be asked to move to a different division. The field is capped at 115 players for now. We are saving 20 spots for STS divisional point leaders that have not registered for this tournament yet or don't know yet if they are going to be a point leader. The second to the last STS event is the "High Sierra Cup" August 26th-28th. STS point leaders will receive an invitation to the Series Finale upon conclusion of this event. If they are already registered for the tournament or if they decline the invitation to register, the remaining spots will be released to the players on the waitlist on Thursday, September 1st.
