Please park in the designated parking area in an organized fashion so we can provide as many spaces as possible.
Please sign in at least 20 minutes before your 1st round tee time.
We will have a warmup area with baskets and plenty of room to throw drives/approach shots.
Am players will receive a player pack when they sign in before their round.
Be back at hole 1 at least 2 minutes before your time.
We will be using PDGA digital scorecards as the official scoring method.

I highly recommend using a 2nd PDGA digital scorecard as a second. I will have paper scorecards as a backup scoring method also. You may also use UDisc.
Layouts
Round 1 Layout
Longs: MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2
Shorts: FPO, FA1, FA40, FA2, MA3, FA3, MJ15, FJ15
Round 2 Layout:
Longs: MPO, MP40, MA1
Shorts: MA40, MA50, MA2, FPO, FA1, FA40, FA2, MA3, FA3, MJ15, FJ15
Holes that have long and short pads: 1, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Playoff: (1st place ties)
Your Divisions Final Round Pads of 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 17, 18, loop.
The pro division will receive their payment via the PayPal email that they registered with. If that email needs to be changed for payout or you are declining cash, then please let me know. $750 added cash!
Awards and payout will be distributed at tournament central once your entire division has finished round 2.
If an ace pool is not hit, then the funds will carry over to our next event (Potter’s Championship 2023). Anyone who earns the ace pool will be paid via their PayPal account.
A caddy book will be provided for all players and is attached below.
If a refund is requested, the PDGA refund policy is place.

If a disc is lost, please stick with the 3 minute PDGA rule. Once 3 minutes is up then that player must play from their previous lie with a stroke penalty.
Course OB – The following is always OB unless different below: Over any fence and beyond, any creek and beyond, on any roof/inside any building. White painted lines/string may help define OB. You may take casual relief from water not listed as OB.
Hole 1- OB fence and beyond (white line bridges OB fence line). You must cross the first fence to be inbounds. Water is played as casual, or you may proceed to the drop zone with no penalty. If OB, you may play from where last inbounds, previous lie, or proceed to the drop zone, all with a stroke penalty. If you enter the mando restricted area, you proceed to the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty.
Hole 2- OB fence and beyond behind basket. Water is casual. Casual area if disc is under the rock ledge (Must play at first available lie outside of rock ledge).
Hole 3- OB fence and beyond left of fairway. Water is casual.
Hole 4- Course OB Rules.
Hole 5- OB creek and beyond behind basket defined by string. All other water is casual.
Hole 6- OB Fence and beyond left. Water is Casual (String is OB for hole 5, not hole 6).
Hole 7- OB Fence and beyond on right and behind basket. Water is casual.
Hole 8- OB creek and beyond on left. OB long grass behind and around basket defined by white line.
Hole 9- OB creek and beyond on left. OB long grass right defined by white line. Creek OB defined by white line in areas.
Hole 10- OB creek and beyond behind the tee. OB tall grass right defined by white line.
Hole 11- OB tall grass right and defined by white line. Natural spring defined by yellow line is mandatory casual relief and you must proceed to drop zone with no penalty. DZ is not for OB.
Hole 12- OB fence behind basket.
Hole 13- OB fence left and beyond.
Hole 14- OB fence right and beyond.
Hole 15- OB fence left and beyond. Creek is casual.
