About this tournament

Welcome to the Mythic Open
This will be a single day, 2 round tournament utilizing both courses at Latimer Lakes Park in Horn Lake, MS.
Registration: The event will be online registration only and registration will close on 8 June 2023 at 8pm. No refunds will be given after this date and time. There will be no day of registration. Pro payout will be via PayPal from North Mississippi Disc Golf Club. Amateur payout will be provided by 1010 Discs within 72 hours of the tournament. PDGA fees as well as $2 going to the parks department will come out of the players registration fees. All divisions need at least three participants, with the exception of age protected, women's and junior divisions.
Ace Pot:
Players Pack: There will not be players packs for the amateur divisions, which allows us to provide 100% payout.
Projected Payout: 40% of the field will be paid out per PDGA guidelines.
Awards Ceremony: There will be an awards ceremony for trophy's after the tournament.
Day of Tournament
Check-In: Player check-in will be at Pavilion on the Lake by the ball fields between 07:30 to 08:15. All players MUST check in at tournament central. If you do not check in, you will be removed and your spot given to any players on the wait list. There will be a player meeting at 08:15. Tee off will be 25 minutes after players meeting.
Scoring: Scoring will be through PDGA Live Scoring, 2 players per card are required keep score. Round 2 will begin 1 hour after last card from Round 1 finalized. Start time will be posted on North Mississippi Disc Golf Facebook page.
A Pool: Consist of MPO, FPO, age protected pro divisions, and MA1.
R1: Latimer South all long tee pads on holes 7, 10, 13, and 16. Yellow baskets
R2: Latimer North white baskets and long tee pads on holes 3 and 5.
B Pool: Consist of all amateur divisions with the exception of MA1.
R1: Latimer North short tee pads on Holes 3 and 5. And gray baskets on Holes (2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18).
R2: Latimer South short tee pads for holes 7, 10, 13, and 16. Yellow baskets
