Welcome to Mystery Bag Doubles for May 29, 2025 presented by Russell Disc Golf at Cherokee Park in Morristown, Tn
This is a Random pair doubles event with a shotgun start at 5:30 pm. Players may may only play with discs from their mystery bag players pack. Players may not trade discs with other players, but teams may share discs during play. This will not be PDGA Sanctioned. Scorekeeping will be done on Udisc or Papercards.
Each entry will receive a Mystery Bag of 3 USED discs: a putter, midrange, and driver.
One out of every six bags will have a money disc that will be valued from $20-100 that may or not have been thrown.
On average each mystery bag will retail at $30. A few examples of money discs may include Pre-Flight-Number Innova or Discraft, Innova made discmania like Cloudbreaker 1, Patent Pending MVP/Axiom, Bar Stamp Prodigy, Limited Editions, and more gems!
How used? Most of the money discs will be unthrown but some may used. The rest of the discs will range from moderately played - mint condition with the majority of them in the moderately-lightly played range.
Most putters will be putter plastic with some premium, most midranges will be premium with some KC pro style mixed in & all drivers will be premium plastic. No more than 1 disc per bag will be in putter/KC pro style plastic.
Payout will be Mystery bag only plus trophies to the Winners.
Tournament day
Check-in & scorekeeping on UDISC or Paper cards
4pm-5:15pm players can signup or check-in
5pm Players start randomly drawing mystery bags
5-5:15 Players may try out discs before round
5:15pm Teams & starting holes will be assigned.
5:28pm Two minute double horn & all players need to be on assigned holes
5:30pm Single Horn round start
Once round is over top finishers come to Russell Disc Golf Tent to recieve Trophies
